Rental terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are binding on both parties immediately after the customer has paid the booking fee mentioned in these terms and conditions or the whole fee at once.
Booking and payment terms
Booking has been confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee by the due date or when the customer has paid the whole fee at once. If the booking is made later than 28 days before the beginning of the reservation, the whole fee must be paid all at once.
Cancellation of the reservation
The cancellation must be done in writing (letter, e-mail) at all times. The reservation is considered cancelled when the owner receives a message about the cancellation. If the customer shows that the cancellation has been made and sent to the right address on the right date, the cancellation is accepted even if it is late or doesn’t reach the owner at all.
If the customer interrupts their vacation, the owner is not required to give refunds.
If the reservation is cancelled, the booking fee is charged.
If the cancellation is due to an unexpected and serious incident concerning the tenant or the tenant’s family members, the tenant has a right to a full refund except for the booking fee. The owner must be informed about the cancellation immediately and the cause must be proven in a reliable way, for example with a medical certificate.
The owner has a right to cancel the reservation.
In case of force majeure, the owner can cancel the reservation and the customer has a right to a full refund including the booking fee.
Residency
The maximum number of people staying in the house is 7+2. Usage of a tent or a camping trailer is forbidden without the owner’s permission. SMOKING INDOORS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Compensation in case of damage
The customer is obliged to pay full compensation to the owner for any damage caused to the property or the items.
